Went there and spent over 100. The staff asked if I would like to become a member as I can earn some points and receive something for my birthday. It’s my birthday this week and never received any emails from Space NK at all The one star is only for the staff who worked on 17th Oct. She’s very friendly and helpful

Only three stars as had mixed experiences. The girl that did a Laura Mercier make up session for me was amazing, really lovely girl and did a fab job. However I've been in on numerous occasions and there's lady whom I believe to be the store manager who barely cracks a smile and has little to no interaction with customers, or with me at least despite serving me on at least one occasion. Might need to work on the people skills a little. However she's the only one I've encountered in the store with that attitude, the other girls are lovely.

Bought some gifts here for my mams birthday. All the staff were really helpful, it was really appreciated considering I had no idea what I needed. Thanks again guys!
