Love this pub. Got a very traditional feel inside. Of course at the moment it's outdoor beers only. The staff were great and the beer selection unreal.

One of my fav pubs. Got such a lovely balance of traditional and modern inside. Love the quiz but don't expect to win! Also the free buffet during the quiz is always delicious and a gorgeous little touch.

Lovely, welcoming pub with the most amazing (*warning* HIGHLY MOREISH) chilli chips we have ever tasted! The bar manager is always super friendly and helpful - he dried off the outside seats for us on this visit and on another rescued a friends' phone from the drain! - and their covid preparedness/hygiene precautions are really good. Always a good selection of ales and a lovely open fire at this time of the year. Fast becoming our favorite pub in Newcastle.

Vegan pub.....what more could I ask for. Nice place, all vegan beers. We didn't get chance to try the food but we will next time

FANTASTIC bar and staff. Welcoming paw sign at the door which was perfect as we were hoping for a Sunday lunch with the pooch. Pubs and dogs match made in heaven if you have a dog that sits with you quietly throughout meal and never bothers other people. Food was excellent, tastiest pub food I’ve had for ages, vegan or otherwise. Good portions served with care by lovely staff who are always super helpful and polite. Nothing too much trouble. And they were nice to our dog.
