The receptionists have always been very helpful. Not sure about other reviews. They have literally done everything and anything required and expected of a doctors' surgery

I just want to say that a little bit compassion should be an essential quality in a GP receptionist who deals with people when they are most vulnerable! They treat people like documents and cases with no flexibility nor common sense.. This is definitely not care! I appreciate they are busy but patients must be treated as human beings in a vulnerable position, not as numbers and cases!

No common sense or compassion. Took in 9 month baby with a burnt hand to be seen as an emergency by a doctor or a nurse. Receptionist says that baby cannot be seen without an appointment. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I am absolutely appalled that they will not see a baby in an emergency without an appointment. This is not the facility of a ‘walk in centre’ as their receptionist seems to think - this is a facility that should be offered to any parent by their trusted healthcare provider. Turning away a baby in an emergency is absolutely disgusting.
