Love this place! Can’t fault it, popped in for lunch with my partner today. We were met at the door by a nice lady who explained the new rules. I’m not a pro with new technology but easily downloaded an app they use for table service. Food was fantastic, piping hot and great value for money. All the staff are friendly and the general atmosphere of the place is great. Will be popping in for breakfast next week. Thank you all for a lovely afternoon.

It has been a looong time since I was in this pub, went in once and never returned, until today. The place is well decorated, the staff were great, as is normal these days, most of the walls removed creating a large L shaped room with a small beer garden at the rear. I'll have to go back to try the food.

I want to start off by saying the way the pub is set out to make things safe for Covid 19 procedures is amazing I have been to a few local pubs around my area and this is by far the best I felt very reassured and safe. Track and trace done by a lovely girl on the front door all wearing masks and table service explained perfectly! The food was great we tried a dirty stack burger and for the money is was a massive portion! My partner had fish and chips which again was beautiful. Great visit lovely team! And SAFE! Definitely be back Thank you again

Very safe & dog friendly pub, the staff made a right fuss over my dog and he even got some chicken from the chef Sarah Great team! highly recommend! Great service! Will be popping in again

Lovely pub very welcoming. Great food and good prices. Located in a nice quiet part of killingworth. I ordered the hunters chicken with chips on a bed of onions. My boyfriend order the flaming chicken burger with cheesy curly fries both tasted Absolutely beautiful. Didnt have to wait to long and Staff are friendly too.

My husband and I had gorgeous tasty sizzling steaks / mixed grill. It was superb and hats off to the chef (Sarah) for such a lovely meal. We don't eat out that often and decided last minute to prebook a table. We had a lovely chilled evening, service was brilliant even with COVID restrictions and we were well looked after. Had a lovely evening and certainly worth a visit.
