Served by Steve today at Scotswoods branch. Really helpful chap. They didn't have the item I needed at that branch but he rang another local branch and asked them to put it to one side and printed a ticket out so that I just needed to hand it over. Pleasant visit !

Always prefer using Toolstation over the competition because of the courteous manner the staff greet and treat you especially \Steve\ who I actually prefer to deal with. During early part of covid and not having the usual access to Toolstation made me put a lot of my projects on hold. Now I am pleased to be doing business with the Scotswood road branch in Newcastle.
