Terrible service. I was actually robbed by these thieves last night. Ordered food, was given a ticket, waited ages and then when I questioned where my food was I was told that I picked the ticket off the floor. Unbelievable. Probably saved me food poisoning though. I have since been told that this takeaway massively struggles with food hygiene and many people I know wont eat here having been ill after eating here in the past. Filthy dirty robbers. Go to a nice british establishment if you visit Newcastle. A place with morals and ethics, not one like this ran by street rats
