Never ever go there. They only do 5 minutes over the phone apoitment in which they think they can actually diagnose your problems and help you through. They just send online exercices and it doesn't matter if you're in so much pain, you still have to wait 6 weeks for the following apoitment, in which they just tell to you push harder. Just funny fact, my surgeon directed me to the TIMS and said I should avoid running at all cost. The first question form the physio was: So, have you went running yet? I have been living a very low quality life since being handed to these guys. They probably earn massive money for the work they're doing (which is actually no work at all)

I was referred here when on a 'Pain Management Course' but haven't managed to get there yet. The appointment that was sent was followed by a phone call to rearrange, which then became inconvenient for me. I had so much happening at the time I decided to leave it but now I now more about TIMS I'd be eager to access physiotherapy and maybe they can offer chiropodist services too. What had seemed like a waste of time initially, I'm now quite exited about. I'd like to ask what the reviewer meant about "juniors before seniors"? It doesn't sound good and it would be interesting to learn more.

They are not helping at all.

Bit of a wait to get through (I was number 4 in the queue) once through (5th Feb) I was greeted by Joseph who was very professional and quick and offered me the 7th of Feb (which I had to turn down) and was then offered three different locations, so chose the nearest to me and agreed to Mon 17th Feb at a time to suit me (4.30pm). Cannot fault the service so far!

Have got to wait almost 2 months for an appointment in actual fact it will be nearer 8 months from my first phone call to them. I disagree with their policy of juniors before seniors and I will be making a formal complaint on this fact. When CONNECT had the contract there was no problem at all and I was seen to in 2-3 weeks.
