Excellent customer service, fantastic range of quality clothing and not massively overpriced like some at the other 'End'. When there was a mistake on my online order, the guys were quick to call and sort everything out. Wouldn't get that at a chain store. Great easy to use site - Will definitely be my shop of choice now.

They have a huge selection of Carhartt clothing, which is a brand I really like. They have a much more substantial selection than END. The staff are really friendly and good to chat to and very helpful when it comes to selecting a suitable piece of clothing. The store is also a laid-back and comfortable space to be in.

Fantastic shop with superb range of brands. Denim range is incredible. Staff are brilliant. They are really knowledgable and have a cracking sense of humour! Best shopping experience in Newcastle! #supportyourlocalindependantretailers

I bought a T-shirt from this shop two days ago and thought it looked fine. I went home to try it on in front of my parents and they pointed out that the sleeves were too wide and I agreed so went to take it back today with my mam and they accused me of leaving laundry detergent marks on the collar and even commented on the creases on the T-shirt due to it being in a bag on the way to the shop! Not only that but one of the workers folded the shirt back up and put it straight back on the shelf so if someone bought that shirt in the future and decided to return it they would have exactly the same problem! The same day I bought the T-shirt my friend was going to buy a sweatshirt but noticed a similar mark on the cuff, so fortunately decided not to. Fortunately my mam was there and managed to convince the lady to allow me to exchange the T-shirt for a different one. If she had not have been there I would have been bullied into not receiving my money to swap for another T-shirt. In these current circumstances, it is being advertised to support small businesses as much as you can but this experience has shown me that they are no where near as reliable as the high street stores. It is a shame that in future I will be less comfortable shopping with independent businesses due to this experience and will make me think twice about shopping with independent businesses in the future because of the bullish attitude of the shop worker. Union Clothing has not just lost one loyal customer today, but my friends will also no longer be shopping in this store. Absolute disgrace.
