COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME I drove over 30… Complete waste of time I drove over 30 miles after phone call verifying that they had the correct part.I emphasized I needed a push fit hose arrived at the store to be pointed in the direction of something that didn't even resemble the part I had spoke about, I'm furious,j spoke to another member of the staff nobody was interested or resolving all they said was sorry this is not the first time I've had an incident with United British Caravans where the people answering the phone haven't got a clue and just guess, all the people in the shop have not got a clue of what they are talking about, I understand everybody does not know everything but instead of Fobbing people off they should ask another member of stuff to help..ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

Bought a brand new Bailey Pamplona and the service we received from Sacha was excellent. Sacha went out of his way to help us check that the caravan we chose form the huge choice available had the right type of heating and layout for us. Shaun even helped us by having the caravan delivered to our seasonal pitch when we were unable to tow it ourselves. Would definitely recommend them - first class service. Thanks you UBC.

Rogue dealer. Was told on phone my van would be woth 9500.when they inspected it was told van had a dropped axle and hazy front window. I said dropped axle was nonsense they offered us 3000 less than phone offer. I walked away. 6 months later i bought new van at another dealer and got 9400 after their inspection. I think they tried to make me think i had a defective van so i would take low offer. Stay away. Dealer belongs in hall if shame.he also told us it was damp in the toilet yet the reading was well within limits.. Have read his reply and the dealer who bought my van inspected it thoroughly.
