I was really impressed with Vertu Honda Newcastle service whilst purchasing my previously owned Honda Civic I dealt with John Walker who was professional and polite. The part exchange given for my old car was fair, at my request the car was delivered to their Morpeth branch John took time to go though the details and systems on car answering all queries. Definitely a garage I would recommend.

Highly recommend this dealership! They treat you with respect and they aren't in a rush to get a sale. Before I discovered this place, I’d been put off going to dealerships or car show rooms. For about a year, on and off I’d popped into dealerships to have a look around etc. But every time I’d feel uncomfortable and felt like I was being cornered into buying something I didn’t want, and they weren’t interested in looking at what was best for me as an individual. Just trying to sign me up on a finance deal with anything extra I didn’t need added to the price. So then I decided to look at used cars and came across franchise car show rooms, that take all your details and then try to cold call you a few times to see if you want to buy a car from them. Finally came across a used car online at Newcastle Honda, I was a bit sceptical but decided to call them because of their outstanding google reviews. Booked a viewing with Sean Barclay. Went along to view the car and I have to say it was a delightful experience. Sean was down to earth, treated me with respect and didn’t mind making me a few hot drinks throughout the whole viewing. Great car, great condition, low mileage and still under warranty. They even offered me a fantastic price, drive away insurance and cleaned the car up for me. On collection day they picked me up from the Train station and fuelled up the car for me as well, just peace of mind. It all just felt genuine (no smokes and mirrors) and to be honest they’ve won me over, will be returning here for all my future purchases and have recommended them to everyone I know. Highly recommend this place if you’re looked for new or used cars.

Called into Newcastle Honda after seeing a Honda Civic Diesel for sale on their website and made an enquiry about purchasing while part exchanging my Insignia. The insignia had some superficial damage to it which was noted but fairly priced up in exchange value too. well enough to make the finance on the new Civic I ended up buying more affordable. :) The dealership was clean and tidy, taking excellent precautions towards customer safety, especially in the ongoing pandemic. The salesman, John was incredibly friendly and accommodating to mine and my family needs, giving a good explanation of the features of the car along with allowing a no rush test drive, where I put the Civic through its paces. upon returning, I was presented with sales figures and a very affordable finance option. Once signed off, the car was ready for collection within a few days. John was great here too as he came in on his non-working day to complete the sign off (This day was the only day I'd be available for collecting). After sales care has been great, I've had follow on calls to make sure the car is still what I wanted, as well as plenty of offers for advice and assistance with the cars many features. I would definitely recommend Newcastle Honda for future purchases, will be a while before I return for a new car, but this will be first on the list off places to go when I do.

Friendly and efficient staff who take time to explain any work required and the cost thereof. Being in lockdown it was good to still be able to wait watch tv and have coffee whilst the service was carried out. Highly recommended.

Just picked up my new Civic sport looks fantastic in red! big thanks to Jonny great customer service from start to finish mate! nothing was a trouble and feel like we got a good deal. Second new car bought from Newcastle as the service was good first time round. It makes a change to just talk about what you are going to get for your money instead of an off putting hard sell and pressure thanks again Jonny and Adam!
