From the very outset I was greeted naturally by a polite and presentable young man. While he approached me and I explained what I was looking for, his colleague was cleaning the surfaces ensuring that the shops standards were kept high (as they always are when I visit). The product knowledge that these guys have is impeccable! Their delivery of service is natural and makes you feel at ease, whether you are a new or a regular customer. The information and help provided is also tailored to you and your knowledge, this made me feel at ease as before I started coming here I didn’t have a clue and I never once felt silly when asking questions. I would recommend this shop 100%
