Waited for over an hour to be seen as I was called into surgery by a nurse in error as she had clicked on the wrong patients name said she would inform the nurse I was meant to be seeing. Appointment time was 10.20 finally got to see her at 11.20 only to be told the reason was I wasn't checked in which I was as I was met at the door by a member of the practice due to covid. Now I go on the website to only see I did not attend original appointment livid I have never ever missed appointment in all of the 59 years I have been registered with the practice and have tried calling to address this but always a que.

Just been to the doctors asking for help about my sinuses iv had problems for over 2 years with them in i asked for a mri scan too see whats making my airways shut down when i lie down they doctor says we can't send you he can say I look depressed do you blame me I'm not getting a wink of sleep man pure disgrace they way they treat you like they are not bothered he said breath through your mouth
