We have used this vets for the last 9 years and have never had any problems.Staff always friendly,helpful and great with our cat.Always on time with appointments and willing to give advice over the phone.We had our cat neutered here and she gets her yearly boosters and any other illnesses treat here.The only reason that I've given a nine to this vets is because if you don't have a car it can be hard to get there.We shall be going this coming monday

Had to give up our car therefore couldn't visit our usual vet .We will now make a greater effort to revisit them. At westway burnopfield an initial consultant fee should be it, at westway it's every time. i I have found this not to have happened at our usual vet and I think it is wrong. Not impressed at all by this and it's adding to their extortioninate fees
