staff are super friendly, common room is a great space. However, the rooms need better ventilation as mold can be an issue. Bathrooms and appliances are all fine and work well.

Been living at Orme now since the end of September it's a friendly atmosphere and there's always something to do. The staff are always helpful when any problems need fixing

Komi-San Must be Protected

If I could I would give it less than 1 star, by even poor student standards it’s a joke, the rooms are falsely advertised to have double beds in double rooms which I share with a friend (these beds do not exist), the buildings are made from spit and sand and they have the confidence of a con man to charge 12k a year for it, there’s mold growing because of poor ventilation and condensation buildup, the walls are all painted with the same type of chalk paint so if you wipe it you’ll take the paint with it (goodbye to your deposit) and the bins that are used for 100 people only get emptied 1-2 times every 2 weeks and so they have become an environmental hazard yet the property is now trying to fine residents for something that is not legally their fault, I wish to no where on earth all the money is going because clearly it’s not to maintain or help the building, for this same price you could easily share an actual apartment with a friend and have money to spare, I fully intend to move out when I’m able.

Great place to live as a student! Been here since sep 2020, and I can genuinely say it's a safe and friendly environment to be in. Staff are exceptional.
