Excellent personal fitness training and the best part of it all are their wonderful massages especially when you need to loosen up after a hard training. Highly recommend, come join! You won’t be disappointed.

Love all of the staff and the facilities are great. Many extra touches like face towels, manduka yoga mats, and warm neck pillows (before massages). Very competitive pricing for superior services! Owners Christina and Mighty are very involved in the community are really care about the well-being of their neighbors, staff, and clients.

I went to Verde looking for a massage therapy to get better from some pain on my hip, psoas, and other pain on the ball of my foot. I had an amazing experience with Kristina, who discussed with me different root causes during the session. Her holistic approach is what I was looking for, and I'm happy to have it in our neighborhood. Thanks again Kristina and her staff for this great experience.

I’m so happy to have discovered Verde! I didn’t know that they provided massage services and was in desperate need for a massage. Emma at the front desk was very quick to respond and set me up with an appointment. I met Kristina and she was very warm and friendly, I genuinely enjoyed chatting with her. Most importantly, the massage was excellent! I’m super picky, and she did an amazing job. So happy to have discovered Verde, it’s a great addition to the area. Looking forward to more massages here and exploring their fitness options.
