Waitrose store at Keele services is a rose among a thorn as the services themselves are out dated and in need of a complete refurbishment. That said the shop is small in comparison to its regular stores but it does try to pack a lot into it and it shows. A bit crowded for normal shopping but for a few items when travelling it suits its purpose. Staff friendly and helpful.

The sevice itself is alright but arrangements at Burger King were not satisfactory , the self ordering points were confused with signs and food served was without even napkins , very strange
