Enquired once for quote. Didn’t consent to further communication, been receiving spam SMS ever since. I tried opting out, still receiving spam. Tried to call to complain, they refused to let me speak to a manager and then hung up on me. I’ve reported them for proper investigation into breaching advertising laws with unsolicited SMS. The more I look into them, the more dodgy they seem to be!

If you are looking for a company that talks the talk but delivers nothing, then this company is for you! When I was getting quotes and placing order, they were friendly and great communication. That's where it stopped....Once they had the order, this company is TERRIBLE, and that is the most polite way I can describe them. They were super slow if getting an order completed, and offered almost NO communication. Eventually after a 10 week delay, they turned around and told me that a requirement I had (on the signed contract) wasn't able to be met. This was after 6 weeks of chasing up the order and being fed lies about the status, if I received any communications at all. Communication when quoting and ordering - great. Pricing - competitive. Communication after order - non existent. Company honesty - non existent. Company organisation - doesn't work. I would give this company zero stars, however the lowest I can do with Google is 1.... There are plenty of other companies out there who can offer must better communication, much better service , much faster and more competitive solar installations. I would stay well away from this company.
Will take them to court now for installing faulty inverter. Tried to contact them but they don’t care at all what they doing to people.
I have done good research in market for panels and inverters and system size which will be ideal for my home.Solar power nation answered all my queries professionally. Mac was of great help. I would definitely recommend Solar power nation. Price customer service and Installation all were perfect. it took 4 week to get it installed. Everyone from sales to installation team were great and friendly. at the price they giving tier 1 panels is best in the market and i believe it is best deal in market.
Good deal but lack of communication, They will promise you big but my experience is sales persons don't have idea what is happening in Australia. If you find good electrician they can help you than this guys. Solar Power Nation is value for money if you - [ ] are ready to pay full amount upfront, - [ ] ask a series of questions without relying on their words to clearly and understand what they actually offer - [ ] Are prepared to communicate with sales people who do not operate within Australia and do not understand Australian payment options to filter true payment options of interest free options from vague promises - [ ] has a plenty of time to ask same or similar questions over the phone and through emails to get a concrete answer If you are not ready to any one of the above better pay some extra money for peace of mind.
Solar Power Nation talked up a good sales pitch, but when it came to being able to supply what's promised they fell in a heap. We emphasised on many occasions that we have 2 phase power and the solar has to be balanced across both phases. After all was agreed and a deposit paid they said that they would only supplying to one phase. We pointed out the error and eventually they said they could supply for 3 phase. By now it was close to the installation date and nothing was right. We were totally frustrated with the mistakes and all the back and forth. At that point we cancelled. We've made several requests but our deposit has not been returned. Wish we'd had a closer look at the company before we got involved. Our recommendation: Don't go near "Solar Power Nation".
From first call for getting information up to getting solar panels installed at my home, my experience with Solar Power Nation has been nothing but a delight and utmost satisfaction. Their customer service stand alone in helping people throughout the process. Excellent experience for me. Bravo Solar Power Nation.
I had panels installed in October and I am very happy with the product and the quality of the work. The installers were very friendly and efficient and their price (all inclusive) was very reasonable. My son and my daughter are Installing the same product shortly.
