I contacted Andrew Marcham & Co as I was having issues with a concrete base. From initial contact with the company I received a professional response and I was confident I would receive a professional service. I have not been disappointed. I made an appointment and Mr Marcham visited my property and throughout clearly explained his observations. Both from his office and personally Andrew Marcham & Kirsty demonstrated a professional business ethic. From my experience with Mr Marcham I find it difficult to understand any negative reviews of this business. Whatever they are doing I hope they continue in that manner. Disgustingly unprofessional, quoting children’s nursery rhymes in dispute emails. Andrew made devistating comments to the estate agent selling the property we are trying to purchase, due to these comments we have been told by the buyer they are not will negioate on the major structural works required. Andrew said these were comments in passing, and refuses to take responsibility. The terms and conditions of his contract and professional body clearly state, that information in the report is for the soul owner of the report. Disclosing any information without permissions is not only unprofessional but breaching the confidentiality and contract. Think twice before hiring him!
