My wife and I brought a car each from the Newhaven branch. The advice we received from Chris and Grant was super helpful. They didn't put us any under pressure and we felt they were honest and open and listened to what we needed. We have already recommended them to others.
Rude, sexist sales person litetally ushered me off the forecourt when I said I required partial finance. Refused a discussion about part exchange and treated me like a \little woman\ . Doubt he would treat a man that way. I'll spend my money elsewhere! In response to your response. It has nothing to do with covid restrictions. I've worked throughout this pandemic and am fully aware of restrictions in place and how to keep myself and others safe. You couldn't be bothered to even speak to me about the vehicle I was looking at. I came equipped with wipes and gel which you would have seen if you had bothered to engage with me. I was prepared to put a large deposit on the car but again, you were not interested.
Bought a car from Peacehaven branch but saw Chris at Newhaven first who was super helpful even though I bought from another branch he made the choice much easier
