I used the click and collect on my phone and in less than 30 minutes I had received the notification my parts are ready to collect. On entry to the store I was greated by a polite gentleman who kept his distance and asked to help. He took me straight to my items and I was out the door in seconds. Super efficient during this unprecedented time. Well done halfords. Credit where credit is due.

I ordered a bike on Tuesday and it got delivered today (Thursday) fantastic service! The staff were very helpful in choosing a suitable bike for my height as well as making sure I had everything I need! Great value for money!
