I couldn't fault Newhaven Kwik Fit. They are always polite, friendly and helpful. Booked my car into MOT and service last week. They let me leave the car there early so I wouldn't be late for work which was seriously helpful. They rang later that day to say that the car was done, and informed me that battery needed to replacing soon. I felt a bit cheeky asking them if they could replace it on the same day, but they said yes. I was thrilled to get the car sorted in one go, as I'm often very busy with work. I've taken the car in to Kwik Fit Newhaven several times and am never disappointed. The people who work there are always really helpful and never patronising.

Great service today. I took a wheel in with a puncture which they repaired in under 10 minutes. Friendly staff and felt very safe
Rang in the morning. Spoke to gavin. He was helpful and managed to squeeze me in later that day. The new tyre was fitted immediately and I was in and out in half an hour. Great service.
