Called in morning to confirm receipt of prescription. Yes Told I would be in around 2 pm will it be ready as I don't want to hang around in supermarket. Yes we're doing it now. Great. 2 pm three times assistant came back to check details. Then told me the had not received it. Lies lies After another wait yes we have it but haven't done it yet. Another wait. What a joke totally unprofessional and useless. This is certainly not the first instance here but I think could be my last

Gave us the wrong dosage of blood pressure pills. Absolutely hopeless.

Sad to say, in our experience not a good pharmacy. Barely Ok if one particular pharmacist is there but mainly really poor and frankly questionable behaviour not just during Covid either . A wrong Prescription item dispensed despite being checked by 2 people, An incorrect number of antibiotic tablets given to me and My normal insulin never in stock and the answer to a polite question of when “will it be in” ? Was a shrug and “I have no idea” And her back turned away as she disappeared . There are plenty of other excellent pharmacies in town our advice, use those ! we have changed Obviously .

Don't waste your time with this 'pharmacy'. I have attempted to use them three times now, and each time they have denied all knowledge of ever having received the prescription. Save yourself the trouble and steer well clear.

Very helpful in here when I phoned to check stock of medicine, then when we went in the man was very nice and helped me understand things about the medicine. Weirdly, sometimes the phone number seemed to go to a fax, making the loud noises but i just hung up and tried again. Third time it got answered. No complaints here!
