I love this place. The instructors are motivating and top notch. Beginners are supported and offered modifications and the members are so welcoming to those that are new. It's a special place for sure, come join us...and don't feel badly about where you are starting, I couldn't even do a push-up. ;)

I joined CFUP at the end of October 2016. This clean gym has dedicated coaches providing great instruction with the right amount of encouragement which has helped me exceed my expectations of what I thought I can do. They also offer kids classes that my 6 old year old son attends. He has a lot of fun while also receiving the benefits of physical fitness!
