Good gym. I'm 6'3 and I feel scrunched up on some of the equipment (like the leg press). The other item to note is for senior citizens who are not disabled - the locker room is down a flight of stairs. To be fair - there is an elevator to the main floor.

Healthtrax Newington has good classes. Best part of the gym is the kid zone. Thanks to the kid zone parents have no excuse to skip working out. Looking forward to the end of COVID to resume our daily fitness routine.

Large facility that offers almost every type of workout and sporting activity. Staff is very friendly. Some of the equipment is a bit older, but is clean and well-maintained. Locker rooms are also well maintained. I definitely recommend it.

This Newington facility, is designed for all ages. They even have a room for your children to stay, under supervision, while you work out. There are specific areas for stretching, weight lifting, aerobics, handball, swimming, basketball and group workouts. All the trainers are certified, extremely helpful , and very friendly. Healthtrax also participates in the Silver Sneaker program. Healthtrax also provides individual training which is outstanding. They will tailor your workouts according to your physical abilities.
