Everything was going smoothly; picked the flat, came to an agreement, pressed to put an offer, signed the contract, paid the everything i had to pay. And all of a sudden; they started to ignore my calls and emails.. i was still waiting for the landlord to sign. A month later; they come back to me saying the landlord had to sell. I found out later it was still on the market for a higher price. Completely unprofessional! Ignoring emails and calls? Led me on for over a month?? Greedy.
