I placed an order for 19 individual, (and quite diverse) dinners. They took the time to label them with person's name on each item. The food was brought out to the car exactly on time, and everyone had a great meal. Nobody complained. (A rarity) The employees were wonderful. I was very pleasantly surprised.
We had a reservation for 6:30 and when we arrived they said it wasn’t ready yet... they would tell us when they were ready. Also the manager was giving us a bit of an attitude when we talked with her and tried to get this straightened out. We eventually were seated and had a horrible waitress... I don’t know if the woman was having a bad day or was just not a good waitress or was ignoring us. We had to ask for things multiple times and she forgot to deduct a 5 discount from our order. I was not impressed with this Outback Steakhouse or the manager
Good food and friendly service. My drink was amazing. Wish I could remember the name of it.
Unfortunately I've given this place many chances and in the beginning they were great but now they claim they lowered prices and made portions bigger, that is not true. The portions are significantly smaller than they were. Not only that the last 2 times there was a issue with my order. Maybe I just have bad luck?
