My college age daughter was traveling through North Carolina on her way to Boone and her tire light came on. Pulled into Avery to ask them for help. That were extremely nice, helpful and got her on her may in no time. Great experience, highly recommend!

Saved my tail!! Hit a rock and blew special tire on Thursday afternoon, that had to come out of Charlotte. Distributor wasn't going to deliver till Monday but I had to go out of state Sunday. No rental cars available in Boone. Avery Tire (Hank Phillips) was able to get salesman to deliver Saturday morning. BIG thanks to Avery Tire.
I am vacationing here from out of town and ran into car trouble. This place was great and was able to get me safely back on the road. I would not hesitate to come here again if I were in the area
Excellent, fast and friendly service!! Glen met me at the bay entrance and was very helpful and quick to help. I thought I had a flat tire that may need a plug or replacement. He was able to quickly assess the situation and let me know that it was a faulty TPM in the tire. He topped my tires off with a little bit of air and sent me on my way. Thanks again, Glen for your excellent service!! I'm from out of town but frequent this area often and will definitely be back if I have issues in the future. -thanks Avery Tire Pros!!!!
I'm super excited that I found this place. I was headed home to FL from NC when I noticed some major damage on one of my rear tires. I was not looking forward to having tires replaced with the van loaded down with stuff from our trip and two rambunctious kids, but was scared we wouldn't make it home otherwise. I was relieved to learn that they had the tires I needed in stock and could get me in immediately. But when Joe let me know there was a park just around the corner I thought it was too good to be true, but it was even better than expected. This great park was a very short walk past the neighboring businesses to a lovely path and bridge over the creek. While Joe and the guys are busy rotating, balancing, and putting two new shoes on my ride, my girls are having a blast on the playground and haven't complained or (dare I say it) asked for their phones once. Win for mom!!
