I needed to have my hair trimmed so I called the local beauty shop and made an appointment with a very polite woman on the phone. When I came in for my appointment Ms. Pam helped me and was very pleasant and lovely to talk to. We spoke about how I had been growing my hair out for a few years and about how thick my hair was and about having some long layers put into my hair to help with the weight. I left the shop feeling confident and happy. But when I got home and straightened my hair to see my new cut I was instantly shocked and very upset. My hair was so jagged and the layers in the back were not cut the way I thought they would be and the front was jagged and very short. Everything was uneven and one side of the back was longer than the other. Unfortunately she had cut the top few layers extremely short. So that evening when I went to another shop to try to have the layers fixed there was no keeping the length. The next day I spoke to the owner of the shop and she was gracious enough to offer a refund and to fix my hair but I had already had someone else fix it. I would like to reiterate that Ms. Pam was very kind and nice to talk to and so was the owner. And hopefully she was maybe just having a bad hair cutting day when she cut mine.

PAM IS THE WO-MAN! She knows how to give you a haircut that is exactly what you show her in photos! If you want a vintage Marilyn Monroe curled style, that's what you will get! I won't go anywhere else!
