This is a fantastic local spot with the best breakfast especially for the money. The staff are really courteous and you can feel the genuine kindness they show their patrons. Go there more than a few times and I bet they’ll call you by your name too!

This place is excellent. You almost skip it as a visitor to the area because gas station, eh. But give it a shot. We had burgers for lunch one day (the fried okra was so good!). Mine was a cheeseburger with chili, slaw, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Mmm. Then stopped for breakfast on the way out of town on a Monday morning. Sausage egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns was very good, and others in our party got biscuits and gravy, omelettes, and eggs and toast. All perfect. The biscuits could not be better!

This place is great. No frills, just good food and good service. We stopped by here on the way home from Linville, and it was refreshing. I’ve seen poor reviews due to staff not wearing masks. Yep, not a mask in sight! . Food was good, staff and patron like were all very friendly. Will definitely stop again anytime we’re in the area

Fantastic little spot. It's the best of what you'd expect from a roadside place. Ask the locals and I'm sure they'll tell you that this is the place to eat. Had an awesome pulled pork sandwich with red slaw and hot sauce. Huge portion, tiny price.

Friendly people in a small store full of bbq goodness. They sometimes have beef brisket but not this weekend. The shipment didn’t make it up the mountain. Pulled pork is just fine and they have sides like potato and coleslaw.
