I’ve been there and just recently my mother as well. When I went they didn’t even change my hair at all and charged me like 100. My mother waited for an appointment & then was asked to reschedule it due to their personal lives and my mother couldn’t because we will be out of town. Her hair was rushed through, color was horrible, haircut looked chopped and butchered. When she asked for them to fix it they basically told her they couldn’t and told her some “home hacks” to fade color. My mother ended up going to another salon to get their mistake fixed. I wouldn’t waste your money here.
