Being the first time home buyer, I really appreciated Dale's thorough home inspection and the report details, also his going over it with me. The photos were very helpful. I also found additional documents that were attached to the report that I can use in the future for a reference and understanding of conditions and concerns (life cycle of appliances, typical costs of replacement, etc.). Hearing the details regarding the newly purchase condo has helped me with making the decision. I have no regrets. Thank you, Dale!
