Nothing \Luxury\ except the high price you pay for rent.. At first the unit seems nice, clean, washer dryer in-suite, but the \Luxury\ stops there. The units have 0 air circulation and get extremely hot in the summer and even winter up to 28 degree in summer and 26 in winter. We always had the windows wide open in winter even though we had a 2 bedroom. As soon as you move in, you will get at least 1 notice a week to enter your unit for \inspection\. After denying entry they fabricated a noise complaint to try to enter the unit. Maybe to see what valuables we have as just a few weeks after, one of the new super's lost their master key but not before a few storage lockers got broken in to. Also have come off the elevator with said super at our door with keys in hand claiming there was a noise complaint even though nobody was home, and asked to come in. Also the parking structure is filled with birds in summer that will defecate all over your vehicle and the management does not care at all. The building management gossip about tenants to other tenants. So much that a when our original lease was up, one resident stated that he heard we were moving out this weekend. A bunch of units seem to be subsidised housing and you get a lot of sketchy people at the lobby giving you dirty looks in your \Luxury living\.

I've lived there for almost two years. The building was mostly neat and clean. I never had a problem. Residents were very friendly. The only problem was the outside parking.
To start off, we reside in this building currently. Our storage locker was broken into recently, this rant is going to elude to the negligence of the ownership and stewardship of this apartment building. We lost approximately 5000 in valuables. I would like to express my feelings in the current state of residing in this dwelling. What you pay for a month is not worth it at all. Very Disappointing. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This building and the staff are not high end like it seems to be. The apartments have bad ventilation. You get 2 windows in total that open about 7 inches wide. They have a fly problem in the summer in the staircase, both dead and alive. The residents of the building are extremely intrusive and gossip spreads causing uncomfortable state of living. The parking they have is outdoors is awful, don't let them tell you its underground because it's not. Parking in the winter time is also an issue; while parking spots are vacant, would be the ideal time for snow plows to clear out the lot, however from my experience over the past two years, this systematic cleaning of the lot is not happening. Rent continues to increase; sure incorporating inflation, however if it is increased beyond national inflation rates, we expect an increase in services provided which have not happened. Standard repairs take extreme patience along with multiple requests. Promises are made but not kept. Interruptions are made with notice but the resolution never occurs. This message is on behalf of a current resident in this building...
you cannot be in any unit just by phone call！！ WHERE IS THE NOTICE . IF YOU JUST ABOUT TO MOVE OUT, THEY WILL LET PEOPLE COME TO YOUR UNIT VERY FREQUENTLY WITH RANDOM TIME. WE GOT 10AM ON SATURDAY . WHEN THEY GONE THEY JUST DID NOT TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND MOVE THE STAFFS WHICH IS I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY! WORST APARTMENT EVER
