Since moving to the area (9 years now), I have been a registered patient at the clinic. I have had excellent treatment by my family Dr, plus any of the other Dr's running the walk-in clinics. Clerical staff provide great service.

Dr. David Wong is great, receptionists - not so much. Not happy with how they manage their job. Glad my family doctor will be moving offices.

We love Dr. Louise Wong. She is amazing, very knowledgeable and will ALWAYS take the necessary time in order to have all your issues addressed. I have seen a few other doctors there as well and they're all great. People complaining about the wait times, I urge you to go elsewhere and tell me if it's any different (unlikely)

You can see that they keep this doctors office very clean based on the amount of dust you see. Terrible service, long wait times. They want to leave here by 8:30 so they stop taking new patients by 6:30? Maybe change your hours on the door. And perhaps having a second doctor on shift would help these horrendous wait times.
