A big thank you to the very considerate gentleman who helped my husband and myself out when we had a problem with our relay unit on Sunday afternoon whilst towing our caravan with another 150 miles to go. We arrived home with all lights working. Very rarely do you find someone so genuine and helpful especially as it was almost closing time. Had a problem with the tow bar electrics on a recently purchased (09 plate) Audi A6 Allroad. Bury St Edmunds Audi tried to locate an issue with only half of trailer electrics working and wanted 100 to 'investigate further', as 'not showing any initial obvious faults'. Took it to Anglia Towbars and within 5 minutes they had found that 1 of the 2 fuses had blown. The friendly professional chap replaced it in 30 secs, tested and confirmed all good and wouldn't charge us as it was too little time to justify. Wow! Fantastic service and not because of the lack of charge, as I'd have happily coughed up, shame on you Audi and I will be bringing our trailer here for a service next month and shouting about this business to all who will listen.
