T my family and I love this place. It's a very well maintained gym with great staff who follow covid protocol for the safety of everyone in the gym. Alex is very approachableand helpful. Thanks guys for being our go to spot for health and fitness

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. From the moment walking into the gym I was meant by management (Kate) who was knowledgeable and patient and able to answer all my questions. Upon signing up I notice the great environment and awesome energy from all the staff. The gym is always clean and tidy , With private change rooms which included showers which are very clean at all times. I highly recommend this gym for the great environment and knowledgeable staff.

Nice small place not too busy. Private change rooms are great. However, you can get a cheaper membership elsewhere and get more out of your membership. Their memberships are way overpriced for what a gym membership actually should cost.

Small gym that lacks quality barbells and plates. When I was there they had yet to install lockers. LA fitness and goodlife offer better experiences.
