Upon calling Alan in the late PM, he told me he could see me the next day which was great - I wasn’t in a hurry, but I took advantage of his speedy response. He was polite, courteous and fixed my misbehaving tub quickly. Even offered some tips for the future to keep everything in good working order. Highly recommend Alan. Thank you

Washing machine would not fill properly and therefore not complete a cycle. Called Alan this morning, he came this afternoon, diagnosed and fixed the fault without issue. Nice bloke, great job, happily recommend!

I called Alan a few hours ago about my washing machine dumping water all over the ground and making an unusual racket. He's already been by and fixed it! He's a great dude who liked having a chat as he worked. He didn't mess around though and was in and out pretty quickly. His fees and the price of his parts are very reasonable. I would 100% use his services again.
Absolutely brilliant service from Alan, and amazing value. I'm so glad I called him to repair my Fisher and Paykel washing machine, rather than buy a brand new one. He completely dismantled the entire machine to find the problem (a piece of clothing entangled in the pump) and after putting it all together, he waited for a load to complete to make sure all was ok. Highly recommended!
New Years Eve and I thought I might be without a machine over the break. He came out straight away, had a look, went to get my new struts and then came back same day to replace them for exactly what he quoted. Fast and efficient.
Came out same day that I called him. Very friendly. Repaired the machine in no time at all, and gave me some pointers for future washing machine care. Fair price for such prompt service.
