Three times now I have reserved something and gone to collect after being told it will be in after 4pm.Only to get there to be told \the van has broken down\.If you going to lie at least have a better one.Oh and thanks for not texting me to tell me it hadn't turned up.Went to Currys as they actually wanted to sell me something.
