Our experience at Babies R Us in Newmarket was amazing! Susan, Shelli & Melissa were all very experienced and helping with assisting us in setting up our baby registry. As soon-to-be new parents, we were fortunate to meet these wonderful individuals. They are passionate especially about helping first time parents, and they take great pride in their work. We will be visiting the staff at this store for all our baby needs!

Helpful staff, when exploring strollers I was informed that they can be handled as they are sanitized after every customer which is great to know as the mall doesn’t seem to follow with as much care.
Ordered a few things online for curbside pickup. The order was ready very quickly. Everything was clearly laid out when I got to the store. They brought my stuff out, put it right in the trunk and I was on my way!
Staff was very helpful. Music was WAY TOO LOUD!! Made me want to hurry up and get out of the store. It must drive staff nuts.
My experience shopping from my sisters registry was great. The staff were helpful and approachable and helped resolve an issue with an item being out of stock by ordering it online for me.
