Can't get hold of them on the phone about problems with their equipment, so I've had to take time away from other clients to speak to them in person. The store was supposed to open 10 minutes ago and there's still no-one here.

Appointment booked for 3pm, I rushed back from an event in Colchester to be there on time only to find another appointment had run over, I was told they would be 15 mins which was no problem, an hour later they are still designing their bathroom, I left ofcourse! Clearly under staffed and bad schedule management, if you can't stick to an appointment then what hope is there that the fitter turns up on time!!!!
