I've had experiences with 3 different laser machines in the past at very different price ranges. I've paid up to 5,000-6,000 in laser sessions in total in the past. None of my experiences are even remotely comparable to Lisa's customer service, expertise, or machine. Lisa makes you feel comfortable from the initial meeting. She truly CARES for the experience and the service you receive. She triple checks to ensure that she provided the best service, she followed up on her own two weeks later to ensure that I'm satisfied, and set me up on a schedule and a plan that ensured that I achieve the best result/outcome in the long run. The biggest plus might be the minimal to no pain that I experienced with her machine. Which was my second concern. As someone with very sensitive skin, moderate pain tolerance, fair complexion but dark hairs I have experienced redness, swollen skin, spotting, and unbearable pain with laser machines. Truly, I experienced light discomfort at times which was expected, and very little pain in some areas that are very sensitive. I'm going on to my fourth session with Lisa soon and I am speechless by how amazing the results are. I would %150 recommend Lisa with absolutely no hesitation!!
I can't even explain the feelings I have for Bella Lisa Laser. Lisa is such a wonderful and professional woman. She takes her time explaining the procedure and answers all questions or concerns you may have. She listens, and helps you feel super comfortable. The laser procedure was painless for me.
