Refused delivery of my eBay parcel. Which is now stuck on limbo which means I might not even receive it...

Rude store associate. I arrived at the store around 19:50pm and the store staff member said “Make it quick Ma”am we’re closing @ 20:00pm” Whilst he had his arm out in front of me. There was so sign posts to say that the store was closing @ 20:00pm. It was just a rude approach. I shall not be spending any more of my money in this store.
Shockingly rude and unhelpful customer service. I've tried on three occasions now to return a parcel. Every time I've gone they've claimed it's not possible as they do not have a means of printing labels on the premise. This is despite it saying on the website that they can. The man working there was rude and wanted nothing to do with the parcel. It's a shame and puts me in quite a difficult position as it's the only place in Newmarket where I can return Collect packages.
Unfortunately I’ve tried three times to return a package via Collect however every time I’ve been told “sorry we can’t print the label”, with absolutely no attempt to advise or help. I’ve printed different sizes to see if it was the barcode and had it on my phone to scan so they can print the label, however they won’t entertain scanning off my phone. As the only Collect store in Newmarket it’s very frustrating to not be able to send off a parcel and their rude attitude is not helpful. How can they advertise being a Collect store?
The usual from Subway, consistent and good sandwiches :) also has a shop attached to this one so you can pick up whatever else you need!
