The company as a whole is Outsourcing company and takes into consideration even when you are a newcomer in Canada. They see your talent and provide you the best training to excel. The hiring team training team and hr team are very humble, professional and co opearative. I am on last week working with Affirm, USA. The leadership in this team in particular is too good in-terms of guidance, support and fun. I worked here for three months and really disliked my life the entire time. It takes a specific type of person to be a collection agent so prepare yourself before you enter this workplace because I got screamed at many times by clients. It’s mentally draining and hard to be in this line of work but if you feel up to the challenge then maybe it’s your calling!

Worst company to work for, please don't waste your time applying here. No matter how hard you work or get good reviews from customers! They hire people when in need and then terminate them without any reason. This job takes you in saying full-time, making it seem like a secure job and than kick people out. And sad part is you wont know why? Management have their own favourites and that how it works there. Complete waste of time!

I enjoy working at Bill Gosling, it is a good place to work. The Managers, supervisors and agents are all very helpful and kind! There is always some type of incentive or friendly competitions that are fun and keep you engaged! If you need any help improving in a certain area they will help you! The experience I have had here so far has been great!
