Was initially impressed when had initial assessment despite spending more than I ever have for 1 hour of assessment and input. Was told i would receive follow up exercises. After a few days I emailed to request the exercises. A few more days passed and still nothing. I got an apology from ?admin person but not from the therapist and still no exercises. Money could be better spent elsewhere. I have used several sports injury clinics over the years and that is always my go to rather than NHS but this has been the worst service I have experienced
