We are very pleased with all aspects of our new kitchen island from Cambridge Kitchens. The design, survey, installation and support have all been excellent. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the workmanship of the fitter. The island has made a tremendous difference to our kitchen, and we have received many glowing compliments from our visitors. We would recommend Cambridge Kitchens to anyone considering a new kitchen or enhancing an existing kitchen.

The team at Cambridge Kitchens are well-organised and very good to deal with. My kitchen was designed in store and via email chats, with excellent, true to life 3D renderings and plenty of creative thought going into it before I committed my deposit. When it came to the installation, the delays caused by COVID could not be avoided but I was impressed that Cambridge Kitchens were very reasonable and considerate to not keep hold of my money until the work could start. This was fair and also reassuring to me, as many fitters are notorious for being no good at managing their cashflow and could not have done this. When the work finally came round, the contractors were exceptional - always on time, working 7.30am to 4.30pm, and were tidy and very friendly too. The end result is fantastic, and I am pleased with the quality and finish. The only problems I experienced were some oversights in the order sheet which had to be added at the last minute, which was irritating to me as I felt it could have been avoided, but they were all necessary changes, in fairness. Despite that tiny hiccup, my lasting impression is of a company that is experienced, well-organised and capable of doing great work - even in the middle of a pandemic. As I look at my lovely new room, I certainly feel happy to recommend them! This project transformed my home.
