Overall pretty useless, the initial impression we got was good with a solid performance in store and a great line from the team there. But when it came to actually doing anything (rather than take our money I guess..) things fell apart. The information we were given in store on what needed to be done to prep the floors was wrong, we tried to delay one room and they delayed all the rooms, then on the day of fitting we couldn't get hold of anyone to get any idea of when they would come. Calling through to the head office got a 'well I am sure they are coming' response which wasn't helpful. Overall -\u003e I would suggest people avoid at least this store and look else where. If you do go for them, expect a deal of pain to actually get the carpet in (even if the price looks good)

Helpful and knowledgeable staff! Answered every question in store. They made easier to choose the right carpet we needed. That was good decision to chose Carpetright even though I read many negative reviews about the company. Our carpet was installed very quickly! Looks beautiful! There is some paint damage on the skirting boards nothing we can't fix easily! The contractor did apologise for it though. Everyone was friendly the carpet is beautiful couldn't find any other issues. Reccomend Carpetright!
