Caroline in the Newmarket branch was very friendly. My boy was very shy to start with but soon came out his shell. They got into a great discussion about what they could use the box for after, with Caroline mentioning they used it for their bearded dragon. Thank you for making his experience memorable.

I have small feet and this Clarks didn't have many in my size but seems to stock the standard Clarks shoes and you can order shoes in of course. I didn't want to drive and park in Cambridge just to go to Clarks so nice that there is one in Newmarket. Much easier and cheaper to park!

I have visited the store today and was really disappointed! Actually it was more staff than customers, however I have been standing and waiting for some time.. staff members passed me few times and completely ignored us. When few other customers walked through the doors and staff start serving them!! It look like me and my daughter were completely ignored!! Only when I start walking out of the store one of the lady asked if everything ok, but it was little too late! I do understand it is a busy time, but to meet and great the clients it’s a must! All the customers have to be served in order and must have explanation if there is any changes.. I have visited bury st Edmunds store straight after and I can say the store is much bigger and busier, but the service is times better! I have just entered the store and all the rules has been explained, staff politely said that we have to wait up to 15min, which is totally fine! Anyway Newmarket store staff should be retrained again again and again.. and still I will doubt if they will improve standards in the store! Will never come back to Clark’s at Newmarket again!
