I have been using CleanHome for the last 4 years. Nicola has always been very responsive and would find cleaners for me very efficiently. Our current cleaner is very reliable and provides good quality cleaning service. The cost is also very reasonable compared to other cleaning services available.

Nicola who owns the business is great, she'll always provide cover if my cleaner can't make it and my regular cleaner is like a whirlwind, quick, thorough and easy to have around. I'm very happy with this service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
One of the cleaners we were provided with were really good, however I would not recommend the agency. We had only had 1 week of cleaning when lockdown 1 hit and the cleaner was terrible (managed about 2 rooms in 3 hours), so the owner put our account on hold and said we wouldn't be charged until we recommenced. But when cleaning could start up again she charged as the wrong fees, and then when questioned about said 'well most people have paid us through lockdown anyway' (that is the agency, not the cleaner) and didn't refund the difference. We were then given no notice that our regular, good cleaner would stop (despite the agency being given advance notice by the cleaner), and when I said I wanted to stop having cleaning rather than try someone else new, they kept the months notice agency fees despite having given us no notice that the cleaner would stop. Poor customer service, not transparent with fees, and it's an inflexible arrangement as, even if you miss a week cleaning, you still pay the agency fees. It probably cost us about 18 an hour on average.
We have had excellent service with this company and the cleaners we have had have been really good. I couldn't fault them. We currently do not have a cleaner now but we would use this company again when we decide to have a cleaning service.

My cleaner, Heidi, did an excellent job. It was so nice to come home to a dust-free house. I even slept better because of it.
Reliable Cleaning agency I have been using Cleanhome East Cambridge for more than three years. In that time I've had two really good reliable cleaners. Nicola vets her cleaners thoroughly and I've never had a complaint about the level of service.
