These people are awesome and the work they do is inspiring and meaningful. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is large and versatile. There is a large Gym/dance area with weight machines, freeweights, and a variety of yoga/ exercise equipment. There is a nice little yoga studio above it, too. They have a pool table, a media centre and a piano. They also have nice, clean washrooms and shower facilities. Plenty of parking out back. A variety of programs and classes are offered: Yoga, meditation, detox accupuncture, AA, ACoA, and CODA meetings, dance, recovery classes and more. The facility collects, sorts and distributes all kinds of donations as well. Normally, they offer free coffee and there is access to a full kitchen.

This place is a great asset to the community,not only do they help people who have struggled with addiction issues they offer an amazing venue for 12 step meetings. They also contribute with donations to places like Southlake Hospital. The staff are extremely helpful and I would recommend their services to anyone who has had or is currently struggling wirh addiction issues.
