I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, Alexandria (owner) was very kind and professional the entire time. The environment is very welcoming and I always enjoy the conversations with the workers. They go big lengths to ensure the studio is clean and sanitized. An amazing salon everyone should experience! I booked an appointment about 2 weeks for April 15th. Yesterday, the government announced another lockdown, obviously affecting my appointment here at this salon. All the other places I had appointments at, sent me an email with an automatic cancellation. Couture Esthetics is the only one I had to chase after. Anyways, I asked Alexandria (owner) for a refund of my deposit since at this time I do not have a secured appointment anymore and it's unknown when things will be back to normal. She gave me a very generic response of "deposits are non refundable and please support small businesses". 1: This cancellation is not because it's MY fault. I understand, deposits are non refundable to protect the salon from people cancelling last minute and/or not showing up for the appointment, thus leaving them with an empty slot, however this situation is different, it's a mandatory lock down and thus my appointment MUST be cancelled by LAW. 2. Supporting small business does not mean I need to just donate my money. It does not mean they get to keep my money without providing me any kind of service for an inevitable amount of time. Alexandra is obviously not a very good business woman as not only has she upset me before even building any kind of client relationship with me, but she has deterred me from ever using her services in the future. I had originally booked eye lash extensions with her, this has a monthly cost associated to it, she has lost all my future business and referral by conducting business in this shady manner.
Absolutely love coming here the atmosphere is great, clean and so professional. I get my services done by alex but I bet the rest of the lady’s are lovely. Every time I go my brows look amazing and they also offer many other services at a great price. If your looking for a place to get some aesthetics done definitely come here !
Love the atmosphere in the place! Very clean and professional. Everyone is super nice. Always love the final product no matter what the service was. Have gotten my eyebrows, lashes and tanning done and loved it all! Could not recommend this place more!

If youre looking to get serious attitude from the girl that works there this is a great place to start.. very rude and not welcoming or friendly. the owners at New Glow were lovely but these new owners at Couture are not nice at all.. last time I ever go there!
Alex is the best!!! Been going to her since she was 16, so talented and very professional at such a young age. I got so many compliments on my lashes and brows!!
I have been to Couture Esthetics multiple times and I’ve always been so pleased with the quality of the service I am receiving. They are very professional, knowledgeable and clean. I would not trust anyone else !
