If I could give them ALL the stars, I would! I purchased two door handles from this fine establishment earlier this summer. Never got around to putting them on until recently, well past any kind of return window I assumed. I thought perhaps I was doing it wrong, as I could not get the handle to secure to the door. Eventually I reached out to their customer service via email and wow, what a breath of fresh air! They were more than happy to help via email, extremely responsive and caring. I deleted the email with my order number, but that didn't stop them from finding my order from the summer time. We concluded the handle was defective, and to my amazement they offered me two new ones of my choice free of charge! ON TOP of all that, I had ordered a 3rd pocket door lock and they offered to replace that one so it would match the two new ones. All that to say, I am absolutely coming back to this Canadian, family owned and operated business. The customer service can't be beat, the selection is great and my door handle is just beautiful. 14/10 would recommend to everyone they know. Discount Door Hardware family, thank you so much!

Ordered 3 times now from their site, perfect every time. Will certainly order again (my builder put sub-par door handles in my house so they break one after the other!!). Great prices and selection. A great alternative to amzn if you want to encourage \local\ / Canadian stores (I'm from Quebec but it's local enough :-) ).

The staff are super nice and helpful. Not a large shop, but it has all the classic door hardware styles (and some more modern ones) that you'd want or need. Great prices too. I searched all over The Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowes, RONA, etc. and Discount Door Hardware was the one store that had the style/colour door levers that I wanted (that were in stock). Happy to support local during this time, and gave my doors a nice upgrade.
